DOMESTIC DELIVERY

Currently, Kleo & Anne uses PosLaju as our courier to ship all items domestically (West Malaysia & East Malaysia)

How much does it cost?

  • RM8 - West Malaysia
  • RM15 - East Malaysia
  • FREE SHIPPING for orders RM150 (WM) and RM180 (EM) and above (within Malaysia)

We post out orders Monday - Friday

How long does delivery take?

  • 1-3 working days (West Malaysia)
  • 5-9 woking days (East Malaysia)
  • Delays could occur sometimes, so do check your tracking number always for full information on the whereabouts of your parcel

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Besides Malaysia, we only ship to Singapore at the moment. Kleo & Anne uses EMS Malaysia for all Singapore orders.

How much does it cost?

  • RM22 to RM45 (3kg and less)
  • FREE shipping for orders RM500 and above
  • Standard delivery only

SELF-COLLECTION

Due to the current MCO SOPs and restrictions, we try to minimise close contact as much as possible for both your safety and ours. So, self-collection is available ONLY for urgent orders.

Self-collection can be arranged via DM/Whatsapp +60124100871 only around Kota Damansara and PJ area.
