Return & Exchange

Dear girls, if you’d like to make a return and exchange of the product purchased — kindly refer to the conditions below.

CONDITIONS TO QUALIFY FOR RETURNS

  1. Returns and Exchanges can be made for items that are defected (only for the same product - colour and size)
  2. Items were not purchased during a SALE period
  3. Wrong products received (we gave you a completely different product)
  4. Wrong size received (customer purchased S, we gave M instead)

IMPORTANT

  1. Returned items have to be in their original condition (all tags attached, unworn and unwashed — without any defects)
  2. Exchange of sizes are not allowed (if you’re unsure which size to get, kindly DM us on instagram beforehand for consultation)
  3. Exchange of colour is not allowed (please bear in mind that there might be a slight colour variance due to exposure and brightness of each monitor screen, and photos takes are through DSLR/iPhone so it may vary slightly — but not by a lot)
  4. For any wrong orders (on our end), we will bare the cost for both postage fees (sent back to us, and us sending you the correct order)
  5. If you made a mistake in ordering the wrong size and would like to exchange, you will have to bare the cost for both postage fees (this also depends if the item you’d like to exchange for is in stock)
  6. White items cannot be exchanged/returned
  7. Returns have to be made within 7 days upon receiving
  8. Items sold cannot be refunded for cash

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS

  • All returned items must be sent back to us via a trackable courier within 3 days of request
  • To submit request, kindly DM us on Instagram with your order details and we will provide you the return address
  • Kindly provide us the tracking information after you’ve posted out the items
  • We will not be responsible for any lost parcels 

MEASUREMENTS VARIANCE

  • Do note that for some of our products, the measurements stated may vary by 0.5″ to 1.0″ as some of these products are not factory-produced but are hand sewn individually
  • If the difference in size is minor, we will not consider it as a defect
  • If it’s more than 1.0”, we will exchange the item for you
